My passion is Executive Coaching!  As an expert executive coach, I am a highly trusted Advisor and catalyst for change, helping leaders at all levels realize their full potential.  I leverage my deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics, organizational behavior and coaching methodologies to create personalized and impactful coaching experiences. I empower executives to navigate complex challenges, unlock their strengths, and achieve their goals, ultimately driving success for themselves and the organization.

Regina’s coaching style is customized to create a unique experience based on the individual leaders needs.  Regina has coached hundred’s of leaders throughout the years working in Academic, Technology, Financial Services and Non-Profit Community Organizations. As a Former, CHRO, and highly accomplished Human Resources Executive, Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, the value of working with Regina is realized very quickly!

Nicholas Wharton is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive and leadership consultant with a passion for strategic growth, equity, and innovation. As President & CEO of the Charlotte Area Fund, he brings decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation, advocacy, and mission-driven leadership.

Nicholas is currently enrolled in Harvard University’s Emerging Leaders Non-Profit Executive Program, further expanding his strategic leadership toolkit and impact.

Nick is highly skilled with Public Speaking, Panel Discussions and Facilitating deeply rooted historical trauma given the depth of understanding he uses to strategically bring about positive outcomes and on-going change in the right direction.
